• License Grant to PromptBee: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:

  • Improve our AI models and services
  • Enforce these Terms
  • Comply with applicable laws
• This license allows us to enhance our platform and AI models.
• You may use your content for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

4. Responsible Use and Prohibited Activities

• You agree not to:
  • Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Generate, promote, or distribute content that is abusive, harassing, bullying, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Create, share, or distribute content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, suicide, or exploitation of minors.
  • Spread misinformation, disinformation, or deceptive content, including impersonation of individuals or organizations.

  • Attempt to circumvent safety filters, security features, or usage policies ("jailbreaking").
  • Use the service to probe for or exploit vulnerabilities in PromptBee or any underlying AI systems.
  • Engage in any other conduct that could harm individuals, the community, or the integrity of the platform.

Violations of these rules may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• The service is provided without warranties of any kind.
• Users must verify outputs independently.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use.

6. Indemnification

• You will indemnify and hold harmless:
  • PromptBee
  • Our affiliates
  • Directors and employees
  • Agents and partners
• This applies to claims arising from your use or violations.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

• Premium features require subscription fees.
• Billing occurs monthly or annually.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
• We may modify fees with prior notice.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account:
